VICTORIA MACOOL
There is no more work that is enjoyable than getting to know some cool and energetic minds. Especially the one who we have tonight. Guys music is awesome !
The queen goes by the names Victoria Macool. Yes that's the one. Victoria Macool is the stage name of this multi-talented talented artist. Her real names are Victoria Makurira. This is from where she derives her magnificent stage name from. We rarely get some to meet some positive energy like that of hers. Yes. we managed atleast to have an online interview with her.
Macool does reggae, pop and dance-hall kind of music. Hey wait, She does rock music and she is a stunt actress too! Frankly speaking, we love her art. They say to move faster, you need to walk alone but to move further you will need to walk with others. It is for this reason that we asked her about her fans. She couldn't go without having a word about them, " My fans are very supportive from the beginning of everything. They are always there for me and I ensure I do no let them down. My fans and I we make up one lovely big family. I treasure my fans. I can't be without them." Guess what guys, we are now her fans too! She is simply amazing.
Well, lets find out about her motivation or rather inspiration. She is one soul who is obsessed with music. She lives at peace when she makes music. Yebo, she lives for music. Among her models include; Michael Jackson, Bob Marley, Patra, Sean Paul, Beyonce, Ciara, Chris Brown, Jason Derulo, Jane Osborne and Beenie Man. A lot to mention and inspired by many but these are her top models.
Getting to the roots, her music is inspired by reality things she goes through and see. Don't get it twisted, she loves to entertain and nothing personal axaxa
She also managed to narrate to us her challenges. Which is of course what most artists face; Marketing of their works. Time is never enough. Moreover, Zambia being a country with many languages, she tries by all means to cross language barriers by using English in her works which is the official language.

Ybee M Shabah
It is that time of the year once more. We really get to enjoy when we have our own local artists coming on board to make a print on the real world. Today on the blog-spot we get to feature Ybee M Shabah. We are thankful that he could lend us his time to have a look at his circle. Below is our report after a funny but interesting interview with him.
We ask a lot about how people get to choose their special ability. With Ybee, he chose music because he has very strong passion for it. We believe that passion is one indestructible part of any motivation. Out of curiosity you may wonder how he got his stage name. To be precise, he narrated to us how :
"It all started as a fan of an american Hip Hop artist who vibes by the name of Rick Ross. Rick Ross calls himself 'The Big Boss' which in short i always addressed him as BB. For that I called myself Young Rick Ross (Young Boss) which swims down to the abbreviation YB. That is how i came up with the name YB. However, due to a lot of namesakes on social media, i was advised by my music director who shot my first video 'Iyhi Aiteh' to add two (2) letters on my stage name which are 'EE'. This would show a bit of uniqueness. Expectedly, M designates Mike and Shabah is my Father's name." Frankly speaking, it is not easy as it seems to come up with a stage name.
As cheerful and energetic as we got along, he also shared the ups and downs that in his opinion many artists face. One of them is being ignored by big or famous artists, denial of opportunities to show case their talents. Well, this is happening. Big artists shun their attention away from upcoming artists. More worse is when they steal and claim ownership over ideas and songs. This is serious.
Away from that, lets peep at his inspirations. Firstly,of course, are his fans! Their positiveness and patience. They have always been there for him through thick and thin of his music life. They never doubt him and he promises to always be up to their expectations. He enjoys making music. Few of some artists who act as role models to him are Nasty C, Lil Wayne and Kendrick Lamar. His aim get world's attention to his music.

Emmanuel Masule : Mirror Reflection of A True African Child
William Ellery said; "It is chiefly through books that we enjoy intercourse with superior minds. In the best books, men of valor talk to us and pour their intellectual property into us." Today on the blog we have Mr Emmanuel Masule, a student at Mulungushi University pursuing a bachelors in microbiology.
Trending today is the fiction novel written by Emmanuel Masule of born in 2000. The African continent is still on the fight to improve the reading culture. That is reducing illiteracy levels in every way possible. Some have ventured in motivational books but more fascinating are those who have devoted to fiction books. Fictions may not be true but they expose a beautiful mind palace of an author. That enables us to travel to our own mind palace. So beautiful !
Alas! Shattered Love 💔 This novel has all the sweet feelings on point. Being a gifted child, it did not present to him difficulties. However, personally his hardest scene to imagine was describing Carlos' experience as a child who didn't know his father because he has never had a taste of that experience. One in a kind right ?
Lets talk Mr Emmanuel. In a close online interview, he shared how he does it, yes easy does it!
He said, " Basically I construct my ideas from my own imagination. For most times, I plot out a series of events which I later expand when I write. Frankly speaking,The most difficult part of my artistic process is the writing part. This realistically is more difficult than imagining it because there is a process of editing."
Exchanging words with this highly spirited young man, made us realize that there is more to Africa! At such an energetic age, he has written two books. The first one Shattered Love which he wrote when he was only 18. The other is yet to be on the shelf. Lets say together we can't wait.
He couldn't conclude without having a message for you, we made sure he talks to you. Here are his words ; " I believe what makes a good story is the volume of lessons drawn at the end of the scene rather a chapter or simply the whole story as a whole. Its never about using big words. If you wish to be a writer, read more books, become a better reader and a better writer you will be."

Mama Kuncho Album
Mindset the Trendsetter.
On the 8th of June, the blog woke up to have a another switch taste of Kuncho Mindset. Recently, we had a touch on his album. Maybe now lets embrace and not just touch it. His album called Mama Kuncho Album, rooting it from one spirit to solely dedicate it to his late mother who couldn't live to see the burning precinct of talents she had ignited in her son. Apart from that, we proud to say it was a pure show case of talent albeit being new to the music industry, he got bars !
